While browsing the site, we may collect different types of information. Their processing is based on your explicit consent through voluntary form submissions.
Online booking:
- - Stay dates needed for stock management in the store and price calculation.
- - Item customization fields (size, weight, shoe size, age, head circumference, etc.) that are sometimes required, either during item selection or directly in the cart.
- - Billing information required to issue the booking confirmation document: first name, last name, phone number, email, postal address, place of stay in the resort (optional), etc.
Contact form:
First name, last name, email, booking number (optional), message content, and service selection. These data are explicitly collected to process your request, respond efficiently, and maintain customer support.
Comments:
Data collected to assess and improve the quality of our services and share user experiences. No personal information should be included in the comments.

8. AI assistance
To speed up content processing, we use AI assistance. All transmitted data is anonymized beforehand. The service used is OpenAI. Data is transferred via a secure API.
9. Secure online payment
To secure your online payments, we use the Payline payment module:
- - Your bank data is never recorded or stored on our site.
- - The collection of your bank data and the transaction between banks are managed by our provider Payline (Monext).
- - We only keep data necessary for tracking (amount, date, transaction number).
